That's what this course is designed to help you do!

This course is designed for those who want to learn how to apply non-diet, gentle nutrition management strategies to high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol/elevated lipid profiles, elevated blood sugar levels, and diabetes diagnosis.

We discuss diagnosis, medications, supplements, and self-care behaviors to manage those conditions.

The all-or-nothing mentality is emotionally distressing in any area, including food. In this course, we also offer tools + strategies that have been shown to improve mental health.
