eat confident collective

Join the premiere online group coaching program for women who are ready to end the battle with food guilt + body shame and cultivate peace, freedom, and confidence.

You might be fully willing to leave diets behind but have no idea what comes next. Totally normal; you are not alone!

In fact, we created Eat Confident Collective because it’s what we wish we’d had when we were struggling to make peace with food + our bodies.

Here’s what we found out:

It’s impossible to jump straight from food rules to food freedom.

We spent a lot of time feeling stuck + overwhelmed by what felt like a gigantic gap between where we were and where we wanted to be.

We’ve found that the women who seek our help feel the exact same way.

So, we help you bridge the gap between where you’ve been and where you want to be.

The goal of Eat Confident Collective is to provide quality education, regular coaching and a like-minded community to support you in making peace with food + your body.

This is a non-diet, weight-neutral, group coaching program with varying topics related to food, nutrition, principles of Intuitive Eating, exercise, and body image.

Upcoming masterclass topics inside Eat Confident Collective:

July Masterclass:

Confident Eater's Guide to Joyful Movement

As hard as it is to make peace with food, we’ve found that it often can be even HARDER to heal your relationship with exercise.

You’ve likely had really traumatic experiences with exercise in the past. That could easily be the case given how entangled exercise is in diet culture.

You’re taught to use exercise as compensation for food you’ve eaten or plan to eat, and as punishment for not looking how you “should”... rather than to just enjoy the feeling of moving.

Exercise is a health-promoting activity. It’s really great for your mental and emotional health, your blood circulation and heart function, your digestion rhythms, your sleep patterns, joint health, blood sugar management, and SO MUCH MORE.

We don’t want you to miss out on the positive benefits of exercise because of the way diet culture has twisted and distorted it into something traumatic and punishing.

You deserve better than that.

Our July masterclass inside Eat Confident Collective is called Joyful Movement for Confident Eaters, and we are inviting you to join us.

In this class you'll learn:

💗 The correlation between exercise and positive body image (spoiler: it’s HUGE! But has NOTHING to do with body size.)

🤸 Untangling exercise from diet culture, and how to approach it from a place of self-care instead.

✌️ How the principles of making peace with food also apply to making peace with exercise.

🧰 Our 10 principles of Joyful Movement for Confident Eaters with specific strategies, instructions, and tools to apply to your own situation.

Healing your relationship with exercise is totally possible for you, and we're here to help you do it!

No more spending time spinning your wheels regretting past diets, looking for a new one, or feeling confused about what to do next.

Using Intuitive Eating principles, you’ll discover that all foods CAN fit as we help you build confidence, knowledge, + trust in your ability to make food decisions without a set of rules.

If anxiety about food or weight has taken all the pleasure out of eating for you, we want to help you love food again while respecting the body you’re in

We’ll help you shift from intimidation, confusion + frustration, to peace, confidence, + satisfaction.

You can become the Confident Eater you want to be.

A healthy + positive relationship with food and your body is totally possible...and we can’t wait to help you find it!

why this matters…

  • 75% of American women engage in disordered eating behaviors (food restriction + dieting) out of a belief that it’s the healthy thing to do. (source)

  • 35% of “occasional dieters” progress into pathological dieting (i.e. disordered eating) and almost 25% will advance into full eating disorders. (source)

  • At least 30 million people of all ages + genders suffer from an eating disorder in the United States (source)

  • Dieting is only positively correlated with weight cycling + weight gain - not weight loss. (source)

  • Weight cycling (gaining + losing weight repeatedly) is correlated with inflammation + metabolic disturbances (blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.). (source)

Diets are risky + ineffective, and we won’t be putting you on one...

…but that doesn’t mean your past food + body image experiences were for nothing.

They probably taught you a lot, and you’ll become a Confident Eater BECAUSE of them, not in spite of them.

You are exactly where you need to be.

The journey to food + body confidence takes a lot of twists + turns.

No story is the same, and there’s no one right path.

In reality, the food rules, meal plans, and diets probably DID serve a purpose for you. They likely WERE functional in some way for you.

They were JUST what you needed at the time.

We don’t want you to worry about where you’ve been - we want you to embrace it wholeheartedly.

If you are now feeling called to more trust, respect, freedom + peace, then this is the place where your story meets ours...

…and we couldn’t be happier about that.

We will meet you where you are, and add to what you already know.

You can take all the good things you wanted, needed, + learned from your past food experiences, and combine them with new skills + tools to become the Confident Eater we know you can be.

what our members are saying…

Eat Confident Collective Member

Although I was working on Intuitive Eating pretty seriously before joining the group, I was never able to truly let go of the food obsession and just live my life until the last few months. I thought it might take years to get here, but with your help it only took a few months, and that is worth every penny I spend in the Collective - and more. Thank you so much for everything you’re doing!

Eat Confident Collective Member

I found the Collective after a year in Weight Watchers. [Sitting in a meeting one day], it was like a light bulb went on for me and I realized that I was no longer going to pay a lot of money for marginal success + a giant dose of guilt and shame about my body. I am SO grateful for this group and for the amazing women here. It [has] felt freeing... I can already feel the benefits of being willing to make a big change.

Eat Confident Collective Member

I’m so grateful I found Stephanie + Emily this year. This has helped me extremely through my health concerns and being patient and loving towards my body in this time that my body needs me to be patient. If this [had happened] over a year ago I would have been so angry with my body. I’m grateful for this journey that I found at the perfect time in my life.

Eat Confident Collective Member

During my own history…I have had temporary success with intuitive eating. However, it was overwhelming to me to do such a bold thing as ‘eat whatever your body says you should eat’ and so I went back to my old ways. I’m now in [the Collective] and I am so confident and feeling free again. The biggest difference for me is [having] support now from Emily + Stephanie and also this group. I am grateful beyond words.

Eat Confident Collective Member

I’ve been a part of the collective for a year and it has been worth every penny! The collective is the reason I have been able to stick with this process- it’s helped me ride the waves of transitioning out of diet culture. I love being able to ask questions, share wins and challenges, and feel support when most people around me don’t “get it.” I truly feel like it’s given me the confidence to trust myself! I love it!

Eat Confident Collective Member

Joining ECC was definitely the most impactful part of this year for me. I’ve got a long road ahead of me, but it’s such a helpful + inspiring place to be.

Eat Confident Collective Member

I decided I’d had enough of the back and forth [of diet culture]. I’d inhaled all the knowledge I could find - but I needed GUIDANCE. I had so many questions. So I joined the Collective. And it is the best decision I’ve ever made.

Eat Confident Collective Member

It has been amazing to see how much my life has changed since working with Stephanie and Emily, and the amazing ladies in the Collective. One of my main goals was to have more peace + joy in my life, and I feel like that has definitely happened. I am truly so grateful for this group.

how much does eat confident collective cost?

It’s definitely possible to heal your relationship with food on your own….but there are massive benefits to investing in yourself and getting guidance + support to make this process less lonely…and far more efficient.

You could read books, follow social media accounts, and dig into the research + information on your own…

…but nothing will ever fully replace the direct support + guidance from experienced professionals who know how to get you where you want to go.

We’ll help you feel more confident around food…without the overwhelm + confusion.

You’ll feel supported by a community that validates your struggles + celebrates your achievements.

Rather than wasting time, money, and energy, flailing around trying to figure it out yourself, you’ll have access to our expert guidance + a community filled with women going through the same challenges.

You’ll have weekly coaching calls to get specific help with whatever your struggle is.

Membership in Eat Confident Collective is $75/month.

Working with Emily or Stephanie one-on-one would cost many times more than the Collective program.

Monthly masterclasses, weekly calls, community support, monthly 1:1 feedback + supplemental videos on common hurdles are an incredible value for the cost.

We’ve truly created the Collective to be a low-cost option for anyone looking to improve their relationship with food + their body.

about emily + stephanie

Have you ever thought, “Maybe I just can’t trust myself with food?”

It’s an incredibly common concern, and we’ve been there too…

…which is why we created Eat Confident Collective.

We believe you already have all the tools you need to know how to eat and care for yourself…

You might just need some practice, support + encouragement in doing so.

Here’s the truth:

Solving your eating problems by adding more food rules doesn’t work.

This approach ignores your body’s natural ability to know what it needs, creating a disconnection between you and your body.

It also creates distrust and fear around food + weight.

We firmly believe that your body has your back - it knows exactly what it needs and what weight it wants to be.

Your job isn’t to count calories, track macros, follow a meal plan, or micromanage your weight.

Your job is only to listen to, connect with, and practice respect for what your body is communicating to you.

And that’s exactly what we’ll teach you how to do!

As nutrition professionals, we can help you build confidence, knowledge, and trust in your ability to make food decisions without a strict set of rules.

We use a weight-neutral, non-diet approach to health and well-being. This approach is well supported by science + clinical practice, and we’d love to help you implement the strategies + principles to begin living a life free of food and body preoccupation.

No matter how discouraged or hopeless you feel, we have every confidence that you can find a peaceful relationship with food and your body.

And we’re here to help you get there.
