Contrary to popular belief, they’re not the same thing. They get totally entangled because of diet culture, and in order for you to eat in a way that honors your health + shows respect to your body, it’s vital that you untangle them. That’s what we’ll help you do in this episode!

Diets DON’T care about your health. In fact, dieting prioritizes numbers and rule-following over well-being.

Dieting is all about manipulation, and it has hijacked “healthy eating”. We need to reclaim healthy eating, and we’ll help you learn how to find health without focusing on weight.
