It’s not wise to restrict, skip meals or under-eat in anticipation for eating out, traveling or holiday meals.
Commit today to nourish yourself consistently, regularly and adequately.
That may look something like 3 meals a day, with 1-3 snacks, and a variety of foods groups at each eating occasion.
