This holiday season, we're giving you mini-episodes with quick, actionable coaching tips to make this your most confident holiday season ever.

This week is tip #7: eat consistently + regularly. 

It’s not wise to restrict, skip meals or under-eat in anticipation for eating out, traveling or holiday meals.

Commit today to nourish yourself consistently, regularly and adequately.

That may look something like 3 meals a day, with 1-3 snacks, and a variety of foods groups at each eating occasion.
