Emotional eating isn’t a bad habit; it’s a sign that current coping strategies are inadequate for current stressors.

Eating to self-soothe can be one tool for your emotional well-being, but it shouldn’t be the only one.

If emotional eating is becoming distressing, it’s just a sign that you need more tools in your toolbelt.

Identify 3 other things you could do to distract or soothe yourself when you are feeling distressed.
