This holiday season, we're giving you mini-episodes with quick, actionable coaching tips to make this your most confident holiday season ever.

This week is tip #5: write yourself a permission slip.

Write a permission slip for yourself. What do YOU want to be able to do, eat or feel this holiday season?

Some examples might include:

  • I have permission to eat when I am hungry.

  • I have permission to eat foods that are nourishing and satisfying.

  • I have permission to not overthink my food decisions.

  • I have permission to not feel guilty about my food choices.

  • I have permission to eat in a way that makes me feel good physically + mentally.

  • I have permission to respect my fullness.

  • I have permission to have more later when I get hungry again.

  • I have permission to be kind to my body.

  • I have permission to embrace + accept my body just as it is.

  • I have permission to move my body in a way I enjoy.

  • I have permission to not take on other people’s issues about food + weight.
