Make the holidays meaningful + memorable in many ways, not just as they relate to food.
Food is a big part of the holidays (YAY!!) but food isn’t the reason we celebrate. Remember why you are celebrating and connect with those you are celebrating with.
When you put your focus on what is most valuable to you, food settles into it’s right and proper place - a really enjoyable part of the holidays, but not the central focal point or thing to obsessively worry about.
