If something is stressing you out, there’s a good chance it needs boundaries.
Boundaries aren’t walls, but adjustable and flexible safeguards for your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Without boundaries, we end up burnt out, exhausted, stretched too thin and resentful; with boundaries, we protect our relationships and have more space, time and energy to give to others.
